Initiative of qecArxiv

July 01, 2022

Why I started this initiative, and what it offers.

The idea behind #qecarxiv came from a need to streamline how researchers and practitioners keep up with the rapidly evolving field of quantum error correction (QEC). Every day, new papers appear on arXiv, yet finding and understanding the most relevant insights can be overwhelming. I started this initiative to make that process simpler, faster, and more accessible.

#qecarxiv provides curated daily summaries of newly published arXiv papers, distilling complex research into concise, structured overviews. It highlights key advances in QEC, fault-tolerant quantum computing, and quantum fault-tolerance architectures—helping researchers, industry professionals, and quantum enthusiasts stay up to date without sifting through noise.

Follow the initiative on LinkedIn and Twitter (X) to keep up with daily QEC updates and discussions. On LinkedIn I post via the dedicated official account of qecArxiv and on X I post via my own personal account.

Successfully completed the Accelerated Freefall (AFF) course and acquired my solo skydiving license at Skydive Rotterdam, The Netherlands. This milestone marks a significant personal achievement in overcoming challenges and mastering extreme focus under pressure. I am now able to skydive solo and have a better understanding of the sport. This is a rare and life skill that I will always cherish.
